Your body, your breath, your heart, your mind...

How can you describe the taste of a sweet nectarine?  The best way to know what Yoga is about , is to give it a try (or several). Through Mindful movement and conscious breath awaken your body, awaken your senses.  Move,  breathe, be still, smile, cry, dance, flow... live.  Allow yourself to discover every layer of your body, allow your heart and mind to open. The practice of Yoga is the practice of intimacy with oneself. The journey is inwards, not about shapes or amazing and intricate postures, but what they bring about. Take the plunge and let me share with you what i have learned through many years of moving as a dancer, an actress, and a yogini, and what I have gathered as a meditator, a teacher and a student.
